Mold Law King is the dedicated mold-injury practice of Conduit Law, the Denver firm founded in 2022 by attorney Elliot Singer. We built a brand around a problem most firms overlook — toxic mold that makes families sick while landlords and insurers look the other way.
Mold cases live or die on evidence and expertise: proving exposure, causation, and the cost of what was lost. That takes mycologists, treating physicians, and building-science experts working alongside trial lawyers who know how to hold negligent property owners and bad-faith insurers accountable.

Elliot Singer is a Denver trial attorney and the founder of Conduit Law. A former Colorado Assistant Attorney General, he now litigates injury cases full-time — including the toxic mold matters at the heart of Mold Law King.
He is licensed in four states and has built his practice on aggressive, evidence-driven advocacy against insurers and negligent property owners.
