Mold Law King is the dedicated mold-injury practice of Conduit Law, the Denver firm founded in 2022 by attorney Elliot Singer. We built a practice around a problem most firms overlook — toxic mold that makes families sick in homes that were supposed to be safe.
Mold cases live or die on evidence and expertise: proving exposure, causation, and the cost of what was lost. That takes mycologists, treating physicians, and building-science experts working alongside trial lawyers who know how to establish a property owner's responsibility and an insurer's obligations.
We take a focused caseload, prepare every matter as if it will go to trial, and work on contingency — so the families we represent never pay a dime unless we win.
